Our goal isn't to convince you that your body needs an endless list of products to cleanse. It's to help you understand your body, learn supportive practices, ask questions and make informed choices.

For those who want to cleanse alongside us using herbal supplementation, many Cleanse Clubbers will be ordering the RogersHood LymF Kit.
The kit contains three herbal tinctures plus a binder and was created by RogersHood for lymphatic and immune support.
